Avocado and kale ginger smoothie with orange juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 cups Orange Juice
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Ginger Chopped
  • 4 oz. Kale Leaves
  • 1 cup Fresh Celery

Method: (Prep time  1 min)

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Nutrition:

Calories : 180 kcal, Protein: 3 g, Carbs: 30 g, Total Fat: 6 g, Sodium: 50 mg,  Sat Fat: 0.5 g,  Dietary Fiber : 4 g.
