APPLE SMOOTHIE WITH ALMONDS, BANANAS and SOY MILK

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1- cup Apples, Fresh, Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Banana, Fresh, Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Almonds Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Soy Milk (if you prefer regular Skim Milk, you can add that instead).
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Method: (Prep time  1 min)

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Nutrition:

Calories : 200 kcal, Protein: 5 g, Carbs: 30 g, Total Fat: 6 g, Sodium: 50 mg,  Sat Fat: 0.5 g,  Dietary Fiber : 7 g.
